Cervinia and its Kingdom

The origins of Breuil-Cervinia date back more than two hundred years ago when the untouched nature dominated the foothills of the Cervino, and the Breuil basin was an immense alpine pasture, reachable only after long hours of walking on foot.

“Breuil” means “land of many waters,” precisely indicating the abundance of lakes and streams nestled in an immense green meadow in summer, which transforms into an endless expanse of snow in winter, where silence and peace prevail.

At Plateau Rosà, not far from the arrival point of the cable car that ascends from Breuil-Cervinia, there is a truly special museum: aside from being the highest in Europe, it is a unique place to understand and appreciate the extraordinary work that humans had to undertake to create high-altitude facilities and reveal the fascinating secrets of the mountain.

The ski area is an unparalleled natural setting, dominated by the presence of the Cervinio, which stands proudly with its unmistakable granite pyramid. The ski domain, connected to the Swiss slopes of Zermatt and those of Valtournenche, covers an area of 350 kilometers, making it one of the largest in the Alps. Here, you can ski all day without ever retracing your tracks.

Hotel Cervino

Along the slopes of the Gran Becca stands the Hotel Cervino, an architectural structure that harmoniously blends with the landscape. Immersed in a captivating panorama in the heart of the Alps, constructed with eco-friendly glass and wood, this ultra-luxury retreat is the perfect solution for guests seeking winter adventures.

The glaciers of the Cervinio provide the backdrop to the large windows, ensuring a truly unique panorama. The floor of the grand hall is made of wood-effect stoneware from the Planches collection (in Noisette color), in the Decor format inspired by the Versailles parquet laying style.

The environment becomes immediately attractive and recognizable, taking advantage of a clear geometric reference.

Adopting sustainable behaviors is an act of love for the environment.

Preserving and enhancing the environment through respectful choices is a constant commitment within VRetreats properties.

Every detail has been carefully curated to create a charming and welcoming environment.

Every space is designed to provide an oasis of tranquility and relaxation, with breathtaking views of the landscape.

A synthesis of elegance and comfort, the balcony suites are designed to provide relaxation, privacy, and tranquility.

Each one is carefully furnished, in the careful search for a balance between the past and the present, between the classic style typical of the mountains and the modern.

In the wellness area, the marble theme continues as a luxury signal, integrating it with wood in the sauna. The idea is that of a jewel: enhancing an object that could have been rustic with luxurious and precious materials.

The same design concept is found in the pool area, where a play of mirrors and the double height of the space blending into the restaurant create light effects with the sensation that the space extends endlessly.

The restaurant space reiterates the theme of enhancing light and space, with the only exception being designed for those who love the concept of a mountain stube, a small room overlooking the forest, clad in wood and intimacy, distinct from the other areas.

Elaborate dishes that, when tasted, reveal the goodness of the raw materials from the Aosta Valley. Unique and high-quality flavors, precious and unmistakable tastes to be savored with pleasure.
